@@9101john on the Akaso 7 we’ve ran a mic and put it next to the ear piece of the coms in the helmet, I’m waiting for the mic to come for my GoPro so I can do the same (but I’ve had to buy the media mod to do it) might be worth looking at the DJI Action 4 I think that can pair with most intercoms (not sure though)

We just used TrailWise to put a few lanes together on OSMaps (free version) so won’t let you share gpx files unfortunately

Love the videos 👍 I'm new to green laning aswel started a few months ago after I got my licence, and local to the peak district but I haven't got the balls to go out on my own yet and it's a pain as sometimes I really want to get out for a steady ride but haven't got many people to go with. Hopefully over summer I'll get enough confidence to get out by myself. 👊

DJI Mini 4? Great shots! I'm no expert but think you need to compress the front forks to get the nose up a bit easier. Where you based btw?

Yes it’s a Mini 4 I had the original one but this is far better, I think your right about the forks and I think it’s timing - compression, throttle and clutch then balls big enough not to let off 😂 based in Derby

Nice little adventure 🙂 I take it the drowned bike re-started fairly easily then. Plus you cant possibly have a good day without one of you running out of fuel. 😆 I used to take out with me a long tether. The flat type. Wind it around footpegs for a tow, but just loosely and keep in place with a foot. Then if ones in trouble just lift foot to detach the tow.

I had a incident last Saturday riding a byway near West Tytherley in Wiltshire , just coming to a standstill my foot slipped out so the bike went down and I pulled the muscle and tendons from my knee to my ass on my left leg . Then with the injured leg I couldn’t pick my bike up . Fortunately a walker came along and helped me pick it up then I had to ride it out then home. Gona join a club , be careful if your riding solo , easy to hurt yourself and if your remote you can be in trouble .

Yes, they are still classed as roads so the bike has to be full road legal

I'm just getting into video and editing myself. My vids are really so my friends across the USA can see what I'm up to. The analytics tell me they don't watch all of it. Tip: What I have found is keep them short if at all possible with the goal to show the intent and to maintain the viewers attention. Keep the volume down but enough to know you're on a motorcycle. My first year's worth of vids I didn't account for wind or engine noise. Mistake. I have a Windslayer over the camera now.
