The fact that you had so many people (especially your dad) run to you for comfort when you said/they realized something was wrong, truly made my heart smile. I wish everyone could receive the same help when struggling mentally, especially for the first time…And being so young. Thank you! for sharing this vulnerable part of yourself, it’s important for other’s to know they are not alone. it can be so difficult for so many people to reach out for help, especially if it’s mental health related. I struggled with anxiety/depression throughout high school but didn’t really realize what or why I was feeling the way I was.. in my family we just wouldn’t talk about stuff like that.. not sure why but the topic of “feelings” just wasn’t discussed. So I learned to “mask” and cope in really unhealthy ways at work and throughout my “normal” family/teenage-young adulthood life. Then…. BAM! I’m 24 with my first child and a successful career, quickly the mask fell.. what I thought was just “baby blues“ turned into postpartum depression/anxiety.. my anxiety came back worse than ever and the depression eventually followed. I was driving myself crazy, I’m sure my partner too. I knew I had to let go of that fear of asking for help in order to be the mom I wanted to be. Thankfully I had a partner that cared enough to listen when I was ready and saw how lost I truly became and helped me start my own healing journey. now 30, 2 boys (6&3) I still have my moments, I don’t know if it’ll pass eventually and I’ll chill as they get older but I am SO grateful for the knowledge and tools I have today because I got over my own self and got the support I needed!

Girl I think you should appreciate what you are having. In the video I can see that you have a home most likely good parents paying your bills and so on. Some of us are with MS and homeless, paralysed and misunderstood. Don't cry, don't let the MS win. There are way worse cases than yours.

I get that about twice a year and lasts an hr then it just stopped I hate ms I was diagnosed in 2018 RRMS NOT MY KIND OF HUG 😮STAY STRONG

As someone who went over 40 weeks and had a big baby vaginally with no tears (over 9 pounds), I get so sad to hear people choosing induction, especially doctors pushing for it. Your body is MADE to do this, a baby, VERY likely, won't become too big for your body to push out. I'm sorry you felt pressured to go that route, but congratulations on baby boy. Luke is a great name!

@@ammhber yes and what I’m clearly saying is some people dont get the choice, not everyone’s body can do it like you are claiming, Your comment is insensitive and unnecessary. Just because you decided you didn’t want one doesn’t mean you can push your views on how someone else’s birth choice makes you ‘sad’. It’s her body and her choice. You could have just said congratulations and left it at that. My point still remains that however they decide to bring their baby into the world is their choice, so it’s pretty irrelevant how it makes you feel?

Hi MS sister. I've had MS likely my whole life, but I was diagnosed at age 37 (back in 2016). I had crazy symptoms for so long before that. The great news for you is that you are very young and you are catching it fast enough to start a very good treatment. And, you have many great years ahead of you still. My advice to you is to do everything you enjoy in your life to the fullest until the proverbial wheels fall off. You may not ever have mobility issues, but it's good to not take it for granted.
