The reason they won’t take the cash is due to money laundering. Believe it or not, criminals (or people who cannot open accounts or choose to hide from the IRS) convince other individuals to open accounts so they don’t have to, typically to launder money from illegal activities. It doesn’t sound common but it got to a point where it got out of hand. Unfortunately, the bad people ruining it for the good people.

Months later and I am still not convinced that ball crossed the line. Not just because I can't see a "gap" on the goal-line technology image but because that's too close to definitively say "goal." If you notice they didn't call it a goal until the technology told them to. This suggests that on the field, the call was no goal, but GLT overruled. In cricket, even though they use similar technology to GLT, there's a margin called "umpire's call" where if it's too close, they stick with the decision on the field. That should be applied to GLT.

Was trying to transfer money to my daughter’s Wells Fargo acct. I walked into Wells, once at the counter, they informed me they wouldn’t accept cash for deposit into her acct. pissed, I had to go get a cashiers check to complete the transaction. Glad I don’t bank with Wells. Horrible bank. I bank with Umpqua and they ALWAYS accept cash. Never had a problem with them, for any transaction!

There must be light between the ball and the goal line, as you can see from the still image the ball had not completely crossed the line, so it was incorrectly judged by the VAR. The goalkeeper had saved the penalty

The keeper can only make one attempt to save the ball, although the ball was just over it would have been travelling further in to the goal if the keeper had not hit it the other way!!!

The graphic is not that important. There is a line inside the system and if this line is fully crossed than a goal is scored. Very hard to see but the ball was inside in real life.

@@abdouu-wt6tv I can find a 9 minute highlight of the game and a 15 minute highlight of the penalties. But nothing for the full match. I recorded them , at the time they were played , and watched every 2023 wwc game. But that was on my tv and they have all been deleted. You could try searching you tube. Apart from that , i dont know. Fifa maybe, from their website. Or the tv company that showed them originally. The BBC / ITV have a back up / on demand section , but i havent looked there. Might be different in your country. Sorry i couldnt help more. Good luck.
