@tgudon6 жыл бұрын
Buenas!

@tgudon6 жыл бұрын
Buenas! Si, tiene un delay en el loop de efectos, y en el frente del TriAxis recuerdo que tenía un Fulltone Mini Deja Vibe, y muy probablemente algun OD tipo Tube Screamer.

Awesome jam !...what is the difference between the Tiny Terror and the Micro Terror that I have..?
@tgudon9 жыл бұрын
+Daniel Chaney Thanks! I really enjoyed improvising over that backing track! As far as I know, the Micro Terror is 20w, but it has 2 preamp valves. The Tiny Terror is a 15w all tube amp, and it has 2 valves for the preamp and 2 valves for the poweramp section.
@danielchaney47899 жыл бұрын
Thanks...it's perfect to jam in the living room with...I have not tried any effects pedals with it..need to..
@tgudon9 жыл бұрын
Daniel Chaney I guess it will sound properly if you use an OD or booster, but if you are using the Tiny Terror in a mid or high gain setting, time based effects (such as chorus, flanger delay, reverb) will sound "distorted" as the amp doesn't have an FX Loop.
@iStobs9 жыл бұрын
Oh wow, awesome playing! I am considering purchasing one of these at the moment. It'd be my first tube amp and I'm quite excited about it, but I do have some questions. Would it work fine for bedroom playing and recording? I understand there is a 7w option, which gives me some hope that I could get nice tones without reaching an incredible volume. How is the clean tone? I know Oranges tend to distort pretty easily, but does it still sound nice when it's not completely fuzzed out? Anything else I should know, or any words from your experience? (P.S. I don't need an effects loop or anything.)
@tgudon9 жыл бұрын
+Aidan Avery Hi! If it's gonne be your first tube amp, just go for it! As you mentioned, there is a switch that transforms the 15w output into 7w. My first tube amp was a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe (40w) and I couldn't set the volume knob past 2. That's why I would highly recommend this amp. You can play quietly in your bedroom, and you can crank the gain and volume in a rehearsal. If you're not looking for a very versatile amp, the Tiny Terror could be a great option. The clean tone is fine, but I consider it a little "dry". I love using reverb and delay when I play clean. You can add some pedals to your signal chain, but the sound will get messy if you turn up the volume and gain knobs, in order to get overdriven tones. You will need to adjust the pedals too. It's a very simple amp, which makes you focus more in your playing. It only has a tone knob, so you won't spend much time messing with the EQ, and you will be able to play and have fun instantly, with a few tweaks. Hope you enjoy it! Cheers!

Coen Schoof Thanks! I now regret letting that Fender go. I really miss playing Malmsteen's stuff. By the time I recorded this video, I was already using 0.11 strings on all my guitars, which made it really difficult to reach to the higher notes while bending, specially on this guitar.
@elipse45949 жыл бұрын
I see, it looks like you bought a post 90's strat and got it scalloped and painted. And you applied a thick layer of lacquer like Malmsteen has on his early 70's strats. Cool guitar!
@tgudon9 жыл бұрын
When I bought the guitar, it was already scalloped from fret 12 to 22. I completed the rest of the neck. The color was stock, and it was starting to wear off, leaving a nice and vintage look :D
