I read this book a couple months back and was not a fan! I liked it enough to keep reading I guess and I did like Kai, but otherwise I felt like it was just a ripoff of other books, didn’t love the writing style, and didn’t really connect with the characters 😬

You have some good ones on your summer TBR! The hoop series is so good but be sure to check the triggers for Long Shot. When you read The Housemaid Secret, read the first 5 chapters, then skip to chapter 40. 🫠🫠 I read The Mixatpe by Brittainy Cherry and it was so good!

It’s good to see your face again ☺️ So I finished The Housemaid Is Watching…I will say there was a lot of moving pieces in the book but when I got to the end, Freida McFadden did what she always does lol I was caught off guard and I rated it 4 stars. I just bought the Unhoneymooners today! The cover is so cute and the storyline seems so intriguing, I can’t wait to read it.
