Im not a REO reviewee. But this video help me pass the CPALE this December 2024. Medyo di ko kase gets sa RC ko, 10 days before exam nagresearch ako ng available na lecture, and napunta ako dito. With this video alone nasasagutan ko lahat ng problem from different RC and syempre yung actual BE. Yung unang statement naman, unilateral meaning isa lang ang may obligation since Jinky does not owe anything to Pau but from her own will gusto niyang ibigay yung Fortuner niya which is a specific thing kasi her fortuner is identified by its individuality. That being said, Jinky has a valid obligation because its a unilateral obligation and a voluntary act that constitute as a donation to Pau habang si Pau naman ay may utang kay Jinky and hindi dapat sa kanyang feel lang babayaran niya si Jinky kasi that is a Supsensive Potestative Obligation by the will of a debtor which should be void.
