Toe stubbing worries me more than anything, thats why I have opted for the vivo over these. I do like the concept, but the lack of cover over the front of the foot just puts me off.

I got mine today, March 26, 2021 - LOVE THEM!! They are Perfect! I am a 98% barefoot person in all climates,this morning it was 30 and snowing, tomorrow it will be 70degrees, I expect to wear these 98% of the time! Wish I could get them for all 10 of my grandkids and my kids as well! I really hope to see them in stores soon! Glad I backed this and supported them!

I hope that the new 2.0 versions with the addition of the insole won't make them stiffer or change the ground feel, i very much like the originals ability to conform to absolutely whatever my foot is doing, it helps to train the feet, stretch them out and correct issues with their shape and mechanics with time and dedication (first footwear that allowed me to start fixing my knees through my feet stretching and reshaping themselves, not even merrell vapor gloves allowed me this much freedom :) ). I hope the new version is not turning into just another minimalist shoe. Also i like the new sizes, currently i am somewhere between m's and l's so i had to go with l's

Is it possible to water proof these to make them better for everyday use?

How do you wash the skinners? As in, is there a specific way?

This is not correct ! The skinners I've ordered recently are not waterproof ! after 3 walks outside on pavement, there is a water leak in the sole. Bad quality product...

I don't like skinners it's not good

I have 7 couples through. The first 6 were very thin and you could see in 4 of 6 right after unpacking through the sole when you have held them against the light ... small holes ... at the 7th pair, from skinners direct and new batch incl thicker sole, the holes and wet feet were protected the first 5 days. After 5 days the sole is broken ... plz dont try this at home

So i guess nobody lifts on the skinners team, hmm, toe covered shoes or socks... ah socks, its not like im around heavy objects that could potentially fall. Idoets. would have been better off selling it as a water shoe.

Can you really walk on glass with these socks?

i just bought a pair and did the glass test. just a broken bottle I found on asphalt. i was fine :P believe in technology, peeps. and if you don't believe me, invest $40 and get a pair. they are easily as good as my classic Vibrams. difference with the Vibrams was that a hawthorne went right through the bottom and skewered my foot... im pretty sure a rusty nail would do that for these, since the pressure isn't as distributed as with glass.

i'm sorry .. he has a problem having the shoes in his backpack but after he removes the rollerblades and put them in the backpack he would be 4 times worse .. fuck logic ..
