@@historian3290 Historical fact, The longest Slave Trade in Human History is the Islamic Slave trade of Sub Saharan Africa at 1300 years (7AD - 1962),4 times longer than the Atlantic trade and began 750 years earlier. Also known as the Trans-Saharan Slave Trade, East African Slave Trade or Arab Muslim Slave trade. The African people have never been compensated for this Slave trade. Please check this for yourself.

@@lahleholivia7398 We can play these games all day numpty. The transatlantic slave trade, the largest long-distance forced movement of innocent people in history uprooted 25 to 30 million Africans according to UNESCO estimates, who were shackled, dragged off to the Americas and the Caribbean and forced to endure unspeakable misery.. Now that’s a historical FACT. Not assumptions..

@nylesrobinson4330 What is your explanation of Jaylen Brown practicing Ramadan for years now and recently even going on Umrah to Mecca as of July 2024? The doubts of what his religion is pretty much evaporates when you combine these two things. I didn't really consider him Muslim before just because he referenced Ramadan a few times either since he never straight-up described himself as being Muslim, but after the Umrah and factoring in other things from his past, it's pretty obvious he is.

I don’t think it’s an issue of ego I think it’s a lack of maturity. In the heat of battle tensions are at the highest you could imagine, being a competitor you can let your emotions get away from you in games of this importance. Definitely something he has to work on if he wants to be a regular face we see in the finals. The crying and complaining and lack of effort on defense is definitely inexcusable!!

Jordan wasnt some World Beater From 1985 - 1988 . He was Constantly Defeated / Dominated by the Best Players and Teams . In 1988 / 1989 Season he then got Some Cheat Code Offense and an NBA Champ Player / Head Coach to basicallly Retool the entire Bulls Team to a Ball Movement System . Without that System , Jordan would be Ringless . His Washington Wizards Days Re-enforce this Fact . Lebron literal was a One man Show from 2004 - 2010 in Cleveland . He was playing with Over achieving Scarecrows amd Pumpkins thanx to his Coaching abilities . These Players were castoffs and G Leaguers . Lebron could never get any real Star Talent with the Cavs in those Seasons . So he went to Miami to get that like any NBA Superstar Would .

They overrate duncan always. Like the lock out season, it’s the same as the mickey mouse trophy of lebron. Duncan had help from start to finish. Robinson, johnson, elliot to parker, ginobili, bowen to kawhi, parker, ginobili and diaw. But never went back to back and nobody talks about how they were first seed and got upset by the grizzlies like mavs lost to the warriors. Duncan half of his career as a center. How come he became the best power forward of all time?

The lock out year isn't the same thing as the bubble. They played 50 games in 4 months. That's like 4 to 5 games a week! Plus they had to travel just like any other season. Plus the playoffs only lasted a month. Imo it makes that ring more impressive.
@thewalaway
@thewalaway Жыл бұрын
When they lost to the grizzlies, Ginobili had a fracture in his elbow and Duncan was playing on a bad foot or ankle if I remember correctly. Also, what players have won multiple championships without the support of other good players? In 2003 when they won, Robinson retired and was not a great or good player anymore and Ginobili and Parker. we’re coming off the bench.

I think the Jordan rules only work in limited circumstances. Of course, if you're Jordan and you know you can take over a game or a playoff series or a championship series at will and all you need the other players to do is to fill their roles with a minimum degree of competence, you can tolerate Rodman's antics because he'll pull down 15 rebounds after a weekend binge in Vegas. However, if you want to build a team and a culture, that won't work. It'll build resentment in the locker room because a player became more important than the process. I've played football at all levels, from high school to pro, the best teams and the best teammates were the ones that valued culture and values over performance and looked at performance as a by product of the process.
@thewalaway

I hear what you’re saying, and generally, I agree, and that is also why I am a big San Antonio Spurs fan. But in this instance, when you’ve already won three championships, and you need to re-tool a little bit to continue being dominant, I think exceptions are, and will always be made. I think all the players knew that Rodman would show up on the court, but they would have to make allowances off the court. Again, not necessarily my cup of tea, but it did win them multiple championships.

How are you going to tell a player who’s lived through being apart of an organization, that he’s wrong about HIS synopsis????? 🤡 Also, more often than not, the players like Manu - Duncan - Parker aren’t generally outspoken and thrived in that Spurs culture. In fact, you can even say the Spurs CREATED what we see them as today.. (HOF’s and champions) they’ll never have the same perspective as Murray…
