Floor one is better, because wall ones break sometimes, and you have to break open a wall to see what is inside, you don't need to break a wall for floor toilets. And the cleaning i don't agree that it is not easy. Floor toilets are quieter, wall toilets are louder.

There is a contradiction in the video. When the carpet area is defined as the area where carpet can be spread, then obviously, the area of internal partition walls should not be included in carpet area - since carpet can NOT be spread under the partition walls.

Exactly.. RERA did good job by making mandatory for developers to sell their properties in Carpet area only, earlier developers were selling their prioerties as per their requirements and were cheating the buyers.. RERA is the good initiative by government for the benefits of buyers only.
