Good call on the blue Loctite. My King Cobra sight flew off when firing and Colt had to send me another one. Customer service rep told me the some of the trainees assembled the early ones and they left the factory without Loctite.

Shtf glock all the way, I've broken my firing pin retaining spring on the p01 slide, it wasn't even oem it was the Cajun gun works one. My buddy saw all the firing pin and slide parts just spring all over the place, we managed to find everything but sold it right after, reverted back to glock and haven't looked back.

@@ssoutdoors yea, it’s a bit pricy. The new nice one that’s gonna be coming out is the grizzly and the Kodiak. You may want to save and then invest in one of those.

You guys have a great attitude. Very nice kit covering the essentials. My suggestion is to ditch those little water bags and replace with a filled 1 qt. stainless steel water bottle capable of boiling water as needed - important. You mention clipping on water bottles to moly but your specific solution s/b shown with your bag. Throw in a Bic lighter, easier to use that paper matches. Consider UCO storm matches - more robust. Add some form of ready tinder, like Vaseline cotton balls or piece of fatwood - improves your fire building success. Add an inexpensive & capable 4" fixed blade knife - something like a Mora Companion. Like that you include the saw. I expect you may carry a pocket knife or multitool. Good stuff.

And I love those suggestions! 🔥 I will definitely be doing an update video and include these recommendations to the bag. 😎 Very true about the little water bags, it does add weight to the bag. I’ve seen the Fat wood option come up lately so that might be something I need to tryout. Yes, I carry a Leatherman Signal and a McKnees Pocket Knife along with a NiteCore EDC light. That maybe another Video 💡

That's the exact style of stock that i was looking for but every listing i see online is for the "full stock" variant. Where did you get a collapsible-style stock from?

I got mine like that turners, I had to get it transferred from Victorville. It was the last M1014 Limited Edition in California when I made the purchase. Freedom fighter tactical sells the collapsible stock for about $600

It’s definitely worth the money in my opinion. Its nostalgic, looks badass, has not failed me with any load yet. A few upgrades and it’s the perfect shotty.
