Recently I have been getting stressed and ended diagnosed with 2 month lasting depression and wasn’t able to cure it for a while. Later on my depression has worsened in the last week by 0.5% making me lose hope of ever feeling joy again. 😔

God will always love you and God is with you. That one therapist shouldn’t be a therapist. Therapists are supposed to be there for you getting therapy is not a waste of time. Any therapist who tells you not to waste their time isn’t fit to be a therapist. Therapists are supposed to want to help you. Nothing is wrong with getting therapy. Your parents sound really toxic and maybe it’s best to cut ties with them and cut them off completely so you protect your own mental health. If the therapist isn’t willing to help you, try praying to God. Ask God to send someone in your life who can give you the love and kindness you deserve and be there for you without telling you waste their time. Acknowledge that you need god and that you can’t figure this out alone, and I am sure one day God will help you.
