YES! Since Trump put Louis De Joy in, my mail service 100% sucks!!!! My mail takes forever, is delayed (receive utility bill AFTER due date), many times I never get it. I have complained to postmaster here but it hasn't seemed to make a difference. I live in a very rural area and we are all fed up!
