Such a lovely performance,so tender and expressive. One of the most touching playing I have heard.I hope to play these with more feeling, but never close to this! The conversation between man and piano is out of THIS world.
Superb Performance! Congratulations, Shushi Kyomasu!!! Mr. Kyomasu was able to fuse the two: the diabolical and angelic in the otherworldly music of Franz Liszt! I enjoy the crystal clear passages, the sharp octaves could attest to tremendous technical prowess!!! The poetic and expressive were rendered with admirable delicacy and ineffable beauty!!! For the most, the “harsh-and-jarring,” was made quite pleasant-sounding, if perhaps by so doing the “devilish character” of the piece is compromised, but I think the piano instrument would hardly admit a constant banging (FFF) without any reproach from the listener. The B minor Sonara by Liszt is generally considered to be a masterpiece, and like any artworks of the highest order, it would require an exceptional talent, a sensitive interpreter!!! This young pianist has “elan and fínese,” and he deserves to be called a pianist of the highest rank!
