FUN at Golden Gardens!

Thanks for sharing and capturing this wonderful tribute. Also, thank you to these individuals who have served for the country. Our uncle was one of the veterans that was a part of this Honor Flight. It was great to see him with his fellow vets. 🙂

I too was blessed to be a participant with this Puget Sound Honor Flight... What a humbling, beautiful and blessed experience it is and was to share and be a participant and honored attendee on the 2023 April Puget Sound Honor Flight...with ALL of our Brothers, Sisters and family - ESPECIALLY blessed to have shared 3-days and 2-nights with my AMAZING Grandson Alexander Harris... I am SO PROUD of him and the wonderful young Man he is and has chosen to be... I LOVE YOU and respect you Alex with ALL my heart...and am VERY GRATEFUL we had, what was for me, a life-changing opportunity filled with infinite precious moments... This entire trip filled holes in my heart and sole I didn't even realize I had, and the ENTIRE Puget Sound Honor Flight Board, Guardians, countless Volunteers and Staff is AMAZING!!! Not one 'i' left undotted, not one 't' left uncrossed - and sooooo much more... If any of you ever are blessed to participate in, volunteer with and for and/or be any part of a Puget Sound Honor Flight (or any other Honor Flight nationwide)... please do so - you will NEVER forget it nor regret it - nor will those who are blessed to share the opportunity with you.... God Bless America and those who serve and have served...including the Puget Sound Honor Flight Board, Guardians (God's Angels on earth) and the Volunteers as well as the Crews and Staff of Alaska Airlines... Even our Pilots and Co-Pilots were individuals who served our Country and volunteer to staff the Honor Flights! Just another insight to the depth of the love and respect so many have for each other, this Country and those who Serve and have Served - regardless of any other considerations some may have... What a blessing and a trip of a lifetime...

I was one of 85 Veterans on this flight. April 22 - 24, 2023. What a wonderful weekend, Beautiful weather, wonderful people. ONE great room mate. Look for the Veteran at the WW2 Memorial throwing the Peace sign, Steve DeAvilla - my new friend. Dennis Kjolso U.S.A.F. 1963 - 1967

I’m bawling. An experience of a lifetime. So much respect for these Veterans. Thank you Honor Flight. One of my favorite comments from my dad was “Where are we going next year?” 😂🥰💕

My grandpa went on this flight. It got post ponned many time due to Covid-19. I'm happy to that was finally able to take the flight and shown twice in this video.
