Yes. Since we needed hood clearance, we switched to an alternator with a smaller case. The original alternator charged fine but the replacement was wired a little differently and required pretty much a trigger wire

@@HabariThomas unfortunately I was just able to get that short footage. The process was not bad though. He started on the second stair, removed it and the first stair and then put a base square to fill the space and studs 16” on center. He then topped it off with plywood

@seanwelch9402 I originally used the stock S10 radiator and it’s been a few years so if I remember correctly I think I used either stock hoses from the vehicle or stock ones for the 94 Chevy 1500 that the engine came out of. When I did the newer front end swap, I used an Amazon radiator to replace the smaller stock one. Only problem that presented me with though was adding an external transmission cooler because even though Amazon seller claimed it would fit S10, it didn’t and the rad cooler fitting were not stock size

@@rtrgearheads gotcha. My stock plastic single core rad doesn't cool well at idle, and I don't have room to flip the fans around because the radiator isn't tucked into the core support... I just gotta find a rad that can sit into core support

@zsquid2 they are 17” and jeep is still on stock suspension. I did however get 1 1/2” thick 5x4.5 to 5x5 adapters. I actually got 5 adapters so I could mount the new spare also

@@zsquid2 it was actually more cost effective to do this than buy 5 new 15” tires. Make sure you use red loctite on the lugs that bolt the adapters to your stock studs

If the brake lines are all in the same shape,but its only leaking in one spot, change them all. Soon as you fix the leak,the new pressure is going to find another weak point.

Thanks, I’ll let my brother-in-law know. I actually replaced the 1994 core support with a 2003 core support. Truck has since been donated to him, so he and my nephew have a project. They are going to be doing the bodywork and finishing it. Hopefully I’ll get some footage of some of that
