I have a few years before I'm a senior but the one thing I do know is that Physical activity is so important to keeping the joints and muscles limber and is key to staying strong and flexible. Great video Cindi and with all do respect I have to say it looks like it will be another 20 years before you are a senior. you look Fantastic! 👍

Thanks so much for your comment. Only about 20% of our health is determined by genetics, the rest is up to us. I was inspired by my parents to become a senior fitness instructor. Often assisted living facilities will use KZbin to engage their residents in exercise. My mom is in one of those homes. Now she can work out with me regularly. 😊

"Once you move passed the physical differences, there is not much biological difference between boys and girls" - just heard this quote from Todd, I appreciate that it's easy for me to pick out quotes, but I think that we all know that there is a huge biological difference between boys and girls that emerge from puberty onwards. And I think that those differences play a huge role in driving behaviour.

I might end up doing the tunneling technique Where they insert the alloderm into the gums an this is for my buttom What stresses me most is stiches in mouth for 10-14 days And me not being able to lift weights for 7-10 days All seems a bit overwhelming

I do know what you're talking about sister! Hot flashes can suck it, lol. I also tried several supplements that didn't help. I did get substantial, though not complete, resolution from boron, DIM, and wild yam cream. I tried to get prescription HRT, but I wasn't able to take it because of another health condition. I'm so glad it worked for you! Thanks for sharing your experience. It helped me to not feel so alone in this! 🙂

Hi Cyndi. Thanks for your video. I had my first gum graft yesterday and I wasn’t expecting the recovery to be this unpleasant. I have a plastic palette covering the area they took the gum from at the top. I was told to remove this after day 2 but I’m nervous it will still be bleeding when I remove it. Can you offer any advice / your experience with removing the palette? Thanks a million!
