Is the Chana data from China? Because they reclassified what poverty is multiple times which was making people in poverty labeled as out of poverty. But not by standards in other countries.

One thing to note here. This is not a percentage or percentile. It's raw number of people. India is a mega huge country holding 2.0 Billion people. Even a 10% of people there is more than the entire population of some small countries in the list
