How can you make the bed less taught? We replaced our springs and were having complaints that it’s too hard now and our kids don’t exactly have core strength to prevent them from not hurting themselves when doing seat drops or knee drops

Hello! Replacing worn-out springs will result in a different feel on a Tumbl Trak for sure! Over time, as the springs wear and stretch, the bed will get more bouncy. Seat and knee drops are recommended for appropriately skilled athletes on a standard trampoline with more bounce. The Tumbl Trak is intended for jumping and rebounding tumbling skills. Hope this helps!

You’re also able to teach backhandsprings with the cheese mat (start at top and end at the bottom of the cheese mat). It’s easier because you’re going downhill. However, be very careful and have somebody to spot whoever wants to try a back handspring on the cheese mat.

Not a fan of that equipment, if they're still activating their neck muscles against it they're training the wrong muscle memory. It's nice to get the feeling of it, but shouldn't be used religiously IMO
