Why did you over complicate this whole job. Get yourself a jump box. Pull the lock. Make a test key with the code. Then cycle the locks if you want. You wasted so much time for a 15-20 minute job

If you install sumo springs. The van can hold a lot more weight. I have the same van with (2) 46” wide work benches. Packed with everything your van has. Works great
