First you need to understand that Gurgaon is not becoming mumbai at all. There are many other cities which will develop faster than gurgaon and will be more safer and more beautiful than Gurgaon in future. If you are an investor then don't be lazy try to do some research in all aspects of real estate development and appreciation.

First you need to go to gurgaon and experience that there is plenty of land to develop and can be supplied with plenty of these types of flats. The Mumbai's case is different and there the land cost is huge because there is no land available. That's not the case with gurgaon. In Delhi NCR it is all supply and demand scenarios. Once supply is adequate demand will be low and investors will be trapped as it happened many times before. Buying a flat at Mumbai's price is just crazy and you'll definitely regret.
