That is such an enjoyable, heartwarming and illuminating talk from Alexander Waugh. I am so glad to have watched it. It is so sad that he has recently passed from this world, and at an unconscionably young age. RIP Mr Waugh.

11:00 Regarding Dickens' relationship with America, there is one crucial aspect that scholars have missed. My independent research strongly suggests that Dickens took away, from America, the original manuscript for "A Christmas Carol," which had been written by Mathew Franklin Whittier (younger brother of poet John Greenleaf Whittier) and his wife, Abby Poyen Whittier. In the fall of 1843, Dickens was in serious financial trouble. He conceived what he privately called a "little scheme" to secularize and sensationalize their spiritualist redemption novella, into a "Ghost Story of Christmas."

The Centurian did not take it a step further and say " ..only say the word and my souls shall be healed! The gift came to Naaman the leper alone, and the gift of faith came to the Centurian for the Glory of God, Maybe the Centurian was a natural man and not a child of the evil one. Don't take Scripture out of context, you learned so much you are now crazy

The Lord Jesus lifts all men to himself, The Lord Jesus also spoke of hell more often than anyone in Scripture. Therefore, compassion as disordered or missing the mark as in an IOTA. The Lord God calls all men to be obedient to Jesus Christ. Whoever teaches these words of Jesus will be called great in the Kingdom of God, whoever teaches rouge church teaching separating the flock will be called least in the Kingdom. Attacking Just man in the dark and with the devil's economy and money.

One argument against Womack's point of view. Most of what's written about the paranormal is bunk, but the UFO phenomena in particular might be quite real, which means Frank Edwards, Donald Keyhoe, and others might've been on to something. Another point: I'm no fan of the simulation theory, but if it proves correct, every whackadoodle paranormal claim ever made could be true.

Fr. Martin you are given the Gay community a right to hell or just confusing the gay priest. The bridge was build when Jesus said Love your neighbor as yourself. Which doesn't mean to lay with each other. God condemned that kind of relations between the same sex community. The Catholic church accepts all human race not names. Jesus gave us sacraments to follow to help us with our daily life. Confession Jesus tells us to take up your cross and follow Him but those that refuse to not sin again stays in their sin and is not absolve from their sin. How can you say that bc they preserver, their sins are allowed or forgiven? if everyone heterosexuals or whoever that attends Mass, ARE preservering we are not dead and we are all sinners. Sorry Martin I can not support your teachings. I can not support their Same Sex lifestyle. With the grace of God we should all be striving for sainthood. And you just gave them the right to do as they want. I love gay people some are very funny and smart.🙏💞🌎🌍🌏 Really Martin teach them to be productive to get their mind out of the gutter and turn more to Go and not on their priest. In God we TRUST and DEPEND on.

As I see “I am that I am” so often used in your discussions of Dee, DeVere, and the works of Shake-spheres, Sonnet 133 comes to mind, especially its couplet: “No, I am that I am, and they that level / At my abuses reckon up their own”. The mirror of the truth is lifted to the reader’s eyes, as are Iago’s words in Othello 1.1.63: “I am not what I am”. Imago declares, “Heaven is my judge, not I for love and duty”. Perhaps, Othello is right when he says, “oh, honest Iago”, for he, too, is holding up a mirror in which truth gets exposed. But that’s not my main surprise: it came as I read the Author’s Note by your Grandfather Evelyn in Brideshead Revisited: “I am not I; thou art not he or she; they are not they”. This brilliant novel is indeed a mirror for truth, whether we like it or not. I’ll be pondering this one for a season!

Why do all these over-salaried university no-bodies insist on proving that they are no good at public speaking in front of an audience that has come along to hear a really accomplished public speaker? You have to sit through eleven minutes of babbling, droning and drivel before Alexander Waugh appears. Shouldn't the creeps be doing their real job, like counting paper clips and drawing pins in the stationery cupboard?
