Yea we ddont shut lines down to trim them so id just call a line clearance arborist we can do the trimming with hot lines so ur not inconvenienced

Or you can let the motor touch the ground since the bar usually isn’t flush with the bottom and watch your bar so you can cut near the bottom with enough band to kick it and it’ll break. Not talking about this guy but you should always know where your bar is at all times
