I don't think the white stuff is coal. "clean coal" is anthracite, which is almost metallic looking.

Americanii sunt mai inteligenți, au o navă de dirijare a grupării de baraje în față, ca să nu lovească pilonii podurilor.

Coal being shipped? What? Am I in the twilight zone? I thought the enviroNazis and libtards outlawed hydrocarbons?????? You mean I can go back to putting coal in my wood stove and give a big F*CK YOU to Biden and his crew? Woo Hoo!!!! Happy day are here again.

This is know as an assist through the bridges. The main vessel can't outrun the speed of the current through the Cincinnati bridges. So the Mac is called in for an assist. The difference in speed before 1.5mph and after 2.5mph is just enough to make it through.
@japatton63 жыл бұрын
Hello all! Deckhand of the very same Mac Mc Ginnis in the video. I was on the boat as this video was taken.

Yes, usually Train 50 gets to Cincinnati around 3:30 am...Wow...What happened. Anyway, I love how it creeps about 9-10mph around the high trestle into and out of the city....Give them hell "Mighty Cardinal".

Fucking Obama single handedly killed the coal industry. Could've offered tax incentives for modernization of plants for cleaner burning, but nope. Wiped out thousands of good jobs

When heading to Chicago, Amtrak usually passes through Oxford, OH between 2:40 and 3:00 am. I try to hang out by the tracks to watch it pass when I can. Got a video of one last month that had the weirdest horn I've ever heard on a train.
@dennismullen97004 жыл бұрын
Strangely enough I am in Oxford, OH and I just tracked it passing thru here at 2.08am.

Incorrect, and its way more efficient than any other mode of transport

Each one of those barges could fill 200 tractor trailors and the fuel burned to move that much from Virginia to Mississippi would be astronomical if it weren't for towboats.

Is this another Amtrak other than the Cardinal? According to the schedule, the Cardinal only goes through Cinci/NKY at night time. When does Amtrak go through Cinci during the day?
@29caddy8 жыл бұрын
When it's almost 7 hours late, as I noted in my comments to the video when it was originally uploaded.
