I think it depends on age and the amount you lift. Heavier amounts of weights will require more rest between sets and older age may mean slower workouts. 1 or 1 1/2 hours.

Just the basics... That's how I like it. Perhaps I'd include the stiff legged deadlift and some calf raises but that goes without saying.
