Nah mate. Mark their CF out of the game, kick fuck out of their ball players, knock it long to the big lad up front to lay off for tap ins. Sorted! Simple game really. What pub league do Ajax play in btw? Never played the cunts.

The Barcelona version of it is more refined and brings lot more individual talents into play.
@minuterepeater22574 жыл бұрын
@ Sud Ajax school is heavely focussed on individuals, nor would I call Barcalona more refined especially since they only had 2 amazing generations vs the many of Ajax.
@sudharshanve85194 жыл бұрын
@@minuterepeater2257 Perhaps, BTU their amazing since that Runs Michaels team hasn't exactly been world conquerors which the amazing team of Barcelona had been at least from 2009 to 2015 there were effectively two different kind of teams both successful on their own.

this video shows us that how football have to be played.The rules in video are the essential things that every football player must know. As a turkish football fan, I can say our country have no mentality about basic football informations such as positioning,crossing in right time and place,vision etc...In turkey,football is being played in a way that requires physical strength,running and pressing.Therefore,european teams beat our teams because they have football logic and they can carry the ball with a less effort compare to the our teams.Coaches coming from europe have difficulties in our country because they cant describe their ideas and thoughts due to different football world in here.I hope Ali Koç who is chairman of Fenerbahce will bring a european based system but for now,it is impossible.

I disagree because you need to create a system with the players you have RIGHT NOW. That’s what separates good managers from great managers. A system oriented manager won’t have the right players and that’s a major flaw: They won’t change their system but a great manager can create a system to fit the players he has now. That’s why Klopp and other German managers are successful. They are creative. Times have change, Every young player in each generation are different and if you force a player to play a system that they can’t play, it’s not good but that doesn’t mean he’s bad. Every player is good in the right system
The reason Ajax isn't performing like years ago is because this playstyle need technique, but every player who plays 2 good seasons at Ajax is getting bought away for like 30 million, so it's hard to keep a team spirit and good players, if Ajax kept this generation players and added some of the youngsters they wouldve been on top. Onana Tete - Alderweireld - Vertonghen - Tagliafico Ziyech - Klaassen Eriksen Neres - Suarez - Tadic Maybe if they kept: Sneijder, v/d Wiel, Maxwell, Filipe Luis, Bazoer, Stekelenburg, Nigel de Jong, Sanchez, etc.. We all love to see money play, right?

Money taken the competiton and wow factor out of football when the underdog clinched something, sure big clubs have historically made it far but compared to today is quite unfortunate, infinitely more rare to see a loyal player that stays than a multi million dollar “world class” transfer player these days
