Great video but I disagree about tyre pressure.. if someone has natural ability then even on their first track day they could easily be massively over inflating their tyres and end up with no contact patch or enough cushioning.. if you start with lower pressure then the bike won’t feel right until you are riding fast enough for the bike to dial itself in as the tyres warm up!! If you can’t get them warm enough for your bike to feel right in the first session you just add a couple of pounds to your starting pressure and go back out.. this is a much safer approach and actually teaches the person how to marry their bike settings to their riding ability instead of their riding ability increases causing them to be riding on ball bearings!!

K3 gsxr 1000 you have to turn it on every time you cycle the ignition which a bit silly I think

Hi there, given my bike is K5 600, what number should i put? i feel like 12/13/14 seems a bit high? usually i change on 6/7. can u advice? am i doing it wrong?
