You forgot to mention it has world class NHRA drag racing with the Gator Nationals every year.Also only about an hour away from Big Dady Don Garlic's Drag Racing museum.

Gainesville defunded their police. Has Newberry done the same thing too ? …. Safety is one of our values. I am thinking in relocating to a rural area in Florida but I don’t want to end up in a woke liberal community. Judging by its closed proximity to Gainesville, I don’t know how much woke newberry is. Could you please offer some thoughts on this ? ….. thank you.

What are the amenities of Avalon Woods?

There are currently no amenities such as a pool or clubhouse. There will be 2 different playground areas, there is a walking trail, and we are adjacent to the Easton Newberry Sports Complex which offers a variety of activities.
