Dear sir Please आप मुझे यह बताइए कि 1. मान‌ लिजिए एक case Proper Civil Court में Under Limitation Act में File कर रखा है जिसकी नियमित तारीखें चल रही है परन्तु 2. Case के अंदर Information Technology Act 2000 के तहत अन्य मुकदमा Cyber Appliant Tribunal में देरी से 3 साल बाद दर्ज करवाया गया है तो क्या यह Time Barred माना जावेगा जबकि दोनों मुकदमें एक दूसरे से Link है पहले वाले case का प्रभाव दूसरे case पर आ रहा है पहले वाले case Time period में File किया गया है जबकि दूसरा वाला Time Barred है
