Thanks for an intriguing question, Jurajski! Paul Dennison’s method involves using hands (it’s more about an eye-hand coordination), but one can experiment if they can put their feet in the starting position (the effectiveness hasn’t been verified). However, if you want to work with your feet, there’s one activity called “Cross Crawl”. Best of luck!

Nadaję z Ksaweły - Będzin :) Któż pomyślałby, że Kolega tak przygwiazdorzy ;) Liczyłem na kolejne cenne informacje o maturze i może gdzieś w tym filmiku są ukryte, ale nie trafił do mnie przekaz, no nie wiem. Gratuluję zagranicznych wojaży, fajna sprawa. Ja tu rowerem pomykam czasem za Strzemieszyce (nie chcę podawać miejscowości, bo jednak RODO) z myślą, że spotkam znajomego kogoś być może przy okazji, a tymczasem okazuje się, że po złym kontynencie śmigam :) Pozdrawiam. A potem wycelowałem w księżyc i wyewaporowałem z VLO :;) I taki suchar - jak ktoś mnie pyta o znajomość angielskiego, to zawsze odpowadam "yes, I don't" :D Dziwne - zawsze działa :D
