Soy cliente habitual de Vueling y hace un par de dias y por error he contratado una tarifa con maletas incluidas, cosa que al viajar con un bebe ya me lo incluida de forma gratuïta sin saberlo. Vueling me dice que ya no se puede hacer nada.. y que no me pueden compensar de ninguna forma. Decepción total. He pagado por algo que ya tengo incluido!

OMG. I lost my luggage, also. Our family 5 luggage lost, and they just find 1 bag next day after flight arrived and 1 more bag delivery. still, we are waiting 3 luggage. I called customer service, but She was so crazy and horrendous speak and she doesn't want to say her name. I asked her name, but she say I don't want to give my full name. Crazy!! I first felt that the customer service agent was unpleasant and unfriendly. She was extremely rude and ignorant. She was a substandard woman. She said " Just wait until luggage find and delivery ! No limit time.. She doesn't give any information on what to do if you can't find your bag, and just tells you to wait, saying she doesn't know anything. I don't understand why she's doing customer service when she doesn't know anything. She's making money so easily. We came to Barcelona for the first time as a family and we are traveling with nothing. We have bought everything from clothes and used them. We can't even take the medicine that our family needs. My son can't wear contact lenses that he needs to wear. I had cancer surgery and can't take the medicine that I need to take every day. I sent messages several times but only got automated responses. Today, even the automated response didn't work. This is the worst airline. This airline ruined our family trip. The items in our bags are very expensive. If we had known this company, we would not have checked our luggage. No, we would not have used this airline. We had no idea about this company. What a mess this company is. This airline has added to my bad impression of Spain. Beware of pickpockets and avoid traveling with this airline. Our precious family trip was ruined. Who will take responsibility? Who will pay compensation? Know what shame is !!!!

Hello It's been a week since today and there is no news about my luggage. The time we boarded the plane is clear, the gate we entered is clear, at least the officer who forced our hand to put it under the plane and took it is clear. The materials in my luggage are valuable to me. When I enter the system with the reference number, there is a message saying "searching". But now I want to see the answer If my luggage is at Barcelona airport I can come to collect it. uncertainty stresses me out My transportation space is limited, please help me at least from here.

Bonjour,une honte une honte une honte!!!transporter dans des conditions innommable...plus de trois heures de retard, aucunes excuses!!!on arrive en pleine nuit au lieu de 20h comme initialement prévu....plus aucun moyen de transport... obligé de dormir et trouver un hôtel en pleine nuit!!!surtout fuyez....comme toujours nous avons personne pour dédommager.... fuyez, fuyez, fuyez.

How Veuling Airlines tries to ruin your holiday an hour before departure… When checking in my luggage a few weeks ago, it turned out that my boarding pass said ‘Jean Paul Witteveen’ instead of ‘Johannes Paulus Witteveen’, as on my passport. Both J.P. Witteveen, you would say. The administrative rebooking at an information desk 200 meters away took exactly 10 minutes and cost me €770. In short, my return flight ticket to Lisbon did not cost me €250, but suddenly €1020. An hour and a quarter before departure you are confronted with an exorbitant fine. A fine like this should never be more than €150, so I am demanding €520 back. Trustpilot reviews 7,841: one and a half stars: very bad! You have been warned.

Hola buenas quería comentarles que tuve la peor experiencia con su aerolínea, la peor atención al cliente, primero me estaban cobrando sobre pesos por una almohada, cuando yo ya había pagado sobre peso en cabina 🛄 y la señora que me atendió una de pelo negro moño alto en el vuelo Barcelona VY 1679 a Santiago de Compostela me estaba cobrando 150€ y trantandome mal, que si no pagaba que votara la almohada, y al final la tuve que votar, y de hecho yo venía de un vuelo desde Múnich VY 1817 a Barcelona que se retrasó un día tuve que dormí en el aeropuerto porque no había hotel por el festival y perdi mi vuelo que tenía con otra aerolínea a Santiago, entonces volví a comprar con ustedes, aunque el vuelo se retrasó un poco también, lo que mas me molestó fue el Trato que me dio esa señora hasta me amenazó que no me iba a dejar montar porque yo dije que no iba a darle el gusto de pagar esa barbaridad por una almohada cuando ya yo había pagado, y yo tenía de un vuelo de la misma aerolínea que solo pagué 50€ y ella quería 150€ me parece un abuso, porque en cabina es que se paga sobre peso porque ella quería cobrarme otra vez y no quiso que le dirá 50€ aparte, ella no sabe toda la odisea que yo había pasado para que ella se encaprichará conmigo, y no solo a mi me trató mal, también a otra chica que estaba allí porque a ella y un amigo que estaba con ella como que no tenía numero de asiento entonces tenía más presión porque me dijo que si no vas a viajar le doy tu lugar a otro yo soy una persona que sufre de ansiedad, eso me dio estrés y dejé la almohada y después de chequearme me dijo pero no la dejes a ir vótala en la basura, tuve que salir corriendo a una basura a votarla para que el avión no me dejara, eso es todo lo que estás mal, porque yo puedo entender que se retrase un vuelo no es culpa de nadie ni mucho menos de ella pero que sus mismos empleados también me traten mal, no me parece por mi la peor experiencia no la recomiendo para nada,👎👎👎👎⚠️

@vueling worst company ever, they never refunded the 4 VIP rooms I paid - I could not use them because they never communicated on where it was in the airport. I called them several times and they told me to ask for a refund but never did and never answer to all my emails.

When I tried to explain it, I ended up getting angry because the staff didn't want to know anything and they decided to cancel my ticket. As a student, I don't have a lot of money, this stressful situation cost me a lot of « a new ticket buy « 233 euros » in addition to the fact that I had to sleep in the airport on the floor all the night and I missed my first day of work because of the cancellation... I sincerely Hope to be reimbursed, what a shame to do this to a student. RACKETEERING! Really be wary of this compagny ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

El día 01/07/24 volvía a Sevilla desde Menorca, tenía que hacer conexión en Barcelona puesto que han quitado vuelos directos. Una vez que llegue a Sevilla mi maleta no estaba y no saben donde estar. En el mismo día venía otro vuelo, a Sevilla, desde Barcelona detrás del mío. Pues la maleta no aparece. Te hacen pagar un dinero para que luego perder tus propiedades. Es como si te entrarán en tu casa y te robaran. No puedo entender como no pueden encontrar una maleta debidamente etiquetada, cuando los dos aviones son de la misma compañía y se trata de un vuelo nacional. Eficacia cero, control peor. A partir de ahora, salvo que no me quede otra, no viajaré más en esta compañía.
