There is no "rich" without "poverty", and that means there would be no "money" without "poverty", wich means that we would not have civilizations without "poverty" and still be hunter gatherers. We cannot exists as we do without poverty, and poverty is the basic foundation for capitalism. The only thing that matters about poverty in regards to "human rights" is how poor a government forces their people to be. And poor & rich is also relative, many people wiew other people that have no money and live in a "native" tribe or something as poor, even if that tribe dosent know what "money" is, and have everything they need. And many others wiew people with a lot of "money", as people that can "buy" happiness whenever they want.
