Very good video, my advice to any would be diy bricklayers, Don't because you won't be able to do it with a lot of practice, preferably at your local college! 😂

What do you do when a window opening isn't a full of half brick away from an external corner? I have some plans where the face brick opening is 1250mm from the outside corner, which is doesnt work out for 215 x 102.5 x 65mm brick? Its 1250mm to keep the window opening centralised to the room from the inside.

I'm struggling here, why didn't the SE visit before you even put a spade in the ground? Investigate the site and adjacent properties to see what others encountered and then design you a suitable foundation? God knows how much time and money that first part wasted/cost. Also on questionable ground that raft needs a toe with the outer leaf sitting on that and the inner on the higher portion of the raft toe. Where's the mesh shoes? I'm guessing the building inspector signed this off from photos. Very blurry photos.🤦‍♂️
