You know. I love the bikes. However the customer service, not the people, but the company rules are not stellar. We received a bike w a broken battery bracket. (The piece that the battery slides on) Took weeks and several emails back n forth to get it replaced. Having it shipped w a busted bracket also broke the bracket guide on the battery. My gf is being questioned if we know how to pull the battery out…. We’ve documented everything w pics to show it came this way. I imagine things will work out, but it’s been disappointing.

Wife and I just bought two of these K2s. Really excited to be honest. Been looking at E-bikes for awhile, this is perfect for our first one. And maybe even life long customers with new ones!

Unreal joy! My wife and I of 40 years just received our bikes. Assembly was so flipping easy with the video. We just took our first ride together and felt like little kids, the throttle feature is bad ass. Our kids were ragging at us about buying these, Kids. KBO was outstanding to work with, and notifications were spot on. I have no idea about different manufacturers but at first ride, AMAZiNG!
