Good morning!

So how are they testing fish? Do they test the whole fish or just fillets? Does NYS health test fish that are sold in local big box stores? Many imported fish are far more toxic than fish in Lake Erie. Why not test a walleye the way fish are cleaned for consumption? No skin , no stomach meat then tell me how they rate.

The lakes are definitely a lot cleaner the past 20 years when I was a kid you couldn't eat really any of the fish except a couple lakes
