The attention to detail is insane!!

Amazing shading effect through the marker pen and it's incredible how much the details of the character start working together once the penned outline starts occurring. Her eyes have a real pretty sunset look them and her hair has a striking look with a clear pattern of lighting.

i was a little skwptical at first, but it came out so pretty! the detail work pulled it together so well 🥰

Normally people use easel boxes on plain air so you really don’t need all that stuff in but if you use it at home then you can have everything stuffed in. I would recommend to put the pens somewhere else.

The music was a surprise but admittedly, something upbeat feels more befitting. Nanka's look of embarassment feels like it should be part of a comical scene. Wonderful to see this beautiful piece come to life in this KZbin Short and fantastic to see my OC on your channel. 0:08 - The hair looks so elegant as it's sketched in. 0:15 - I see you went through a couple revisions with the mouth here. Neat to see the other mouth shapes appear in the Short format. 0:30 - All the stroke lines must have colouring the inside of Nanka's hat a right pain but the quality produced from it certainly shows. Thanks for putting so much heart felt effort into this piece. Also a joy to see the life pop into Nanka's eyes as the waving lights are drawn in. 0:52 - Ah, it's Nanka's hat and hair that is giving a darker tint to her skin here. The shadow cast from them; that makes sense. She looks absolutely stunning and it's been loving using her as an icon on the two sites I had intended for this. Again, thank you so much.

It was beautiful from the start but by gosh, the thicker sketching allows all her details to pop out so splendidly. Such mesmerising eyes and spectacularly shaded hair. Great timing with the music and the sketch transformation.

Even more of your watercolour goodness and so soon after your last one. 0:16 - Given the preview of the artwork shown, I can see how your fruit inspired it. 0:46 - Interesting to see that you've started from the inside and on a smaller, finer detail. Wonderful strokes; gives the lashes a sharp look at first but the more of them drawn, the more they get a fluttery look to them. 2:09 - As you know, I always like a bit of blush on the characters and the emphasis here is a delight. I particularly like how you paint across the nose/brow as well for the blushing effect. 2:59 - Hmmm, did the under-eye red here get erased or just finely spread out? It's certainly left a shiny glimmer but not much of that deep red from before. 3:26 - Well that was a sudden leap in the process. Delightful shading (is that still the right term for a watercolour piece) here. 4:15 - Absolutely astonishing; I even see how the leaves inspired the array of green shades in her jacket. I wasn't sure about the lips at first in the sketch form, but their shaky lines look lovely through watercolour. An by gosh, that hair is astonishing!

Delightful to see her again so soon, especially in watercolour. The precision of colouring in her shoulders within the line is insane. The waves of pink and blue to her hair is mesmerising and the bright blush blooms beautifully.

Full process marker videos are love. 🥰 Thanks for sharing your process, it was lovely and I appreciate the juicy marker sounds. 😍

A bit odd to include a preview of the video in the video itself, but the little scenic shot of your garden to start things off was pleasant. That and the sound of birds singing certainly sets a relaxing atmosphere. 1:46 - Very fancy using an ink pot for the outline inking. I've only ever used one in the rare occasion I've used a quill (fun to do but not exactly many opportunities to do so). 2:32 - Either there are some incredibly light lines that you're able to see or you're doing a nifty little job of adding extra details to this piece. 4:10 - Rather funny how you had such a delicate touch with the inking them out comes the broad brush, rushing across the page. Is this the application of lighting with varying hues? I've enjoyed watercolours before but yours seem significantly more advanced. 5:58 - This is certainly more familiar for me. So was there a pre-set colour arrangement for this piece or are you choosing the colours of your choice? Blue hair is a lovely look. 8:07 - A real nice dabbing effect here. Applying multiple colours quite effectively without blending together too much. 9:37 - Not sure how I feel about the man's purple tongue here but the shading on his blonde hair is fantastic. 11:28 - Gosh, such a steady hand. Incredible that you avoided the kitty here. 12:57 - Now that is definitely a new addition. Cool to see you add an additional personal touch to the base drawing itself.
