Excellent idea, it functions perfectly. Thank you for sharing your schematic.

That's so bad man. Closer to a 100 farads at 12V would be good, not ~0.025 farad like what you have here, then a MOSFET or similar to control the discharge. Or easier yet, just use a li-po or lead acid battery with more than 50A discharge and fire w a MOSFET. This suck donkey ballz 🐴 🍑

It's an excellent circuit!! But can it work with MOSFET transistors?

I bought a control encoder for arcade, and I was planning to use the TTP223 instead of the lever, I mean build a sort of trackpad with 4 areas. And I am having a hard time to make it to work. The default output of TTP223 is the GND of the encoder, which implies to use the VCC (input from the encoder) as a shared connection for all buttons, which won't work separately, this video resolved that part by using the A mode, I could invert the output as the Input of the encoder (and not the GND), which worked perfectly for one input, when connecting another TTP223 module with the same power source and the GND from the encoder they work separately, but the issue appears when connecting the input from the encoder to the output from the second module, form some reason they register the touch at once, and not independently, if I touch the module the input is registered in both, how can I isolate the outputs of the modules if they need to be connected to the same encoder? No sure if using Pull-Up or Pull-Down Resistors or Diode Isolation will resolve the issue, anyone that has had the same problem?

Current flows trough the least Resistance. Since the fuse has blown I’ll travel to the LED to indicate that the fuse is blown . Excellent video

I don't trust these relays that have one of the switched contacts near the two coil contacts. At least for switching mains voltages. Last time I dismantled one, it was apparent that it was one broken copper wire away from killing someone.

I don't trust relays either, too dangerous. I'm not taking that risk for a hobby

@YoikySploiker I salvaged a few Omron G2R-1 from a dead UPS a while back. They have a transparent casing. Unlike the kind I mentioned before, these really don't appear to have a plausible failure mode that could make the low-voltage side live.
