You see this is the kind of development I wish Davesprite got instead of just disappearing for most of the plot, coming in from a pre-retcon timeline after his post retcon self got an unceremonious demise, and then fusing with a catgirl to fix all of their problems before I guess slicing at Lord English a few times while making a big deal about their potential involvement with the fight before fucking off again The whole message of the trickster arc that people need to work through their problems and there was no one stop solution that would just make people feel better was kinda invalidated with Davepetasprite^2 who got a one stop solution that just made him feel better without talking about his issues

I agree, like I'm happy for them in the sense that they found their peace but I kinda wish they found their peace alone with other people there to support them. I find a sense of relief in [S] Remem8er, it kinda gives you hope for all the people who suffered 🥹
