it’s in tokyo, japan!! in asian countries, it’s common for audiences to remain quiet during the performance so everyone can hear it properly. they always applaud wildly after each song though, just not while the artist is singing!! ☺️

@@5T4YM4Doh. i’ve heard multiple times that it’s a cultural thing for audiences at concerts in asian countries to remain somewhat quiet out of respect. i apologize if i was wrong, i said this thinking it was accurate since i’ve seen many videos and clips from youtube.
