If you had expanding concertina blade supports with roller bearings each side of the different size logs, it would take the back pressure off the blade and cut faster. Set to the width of the log! Not a lot of work required to do this. I always think of many things; habit!

Why are the slabs cut so thick? A table top does not have to be but two inches thick.
@luatmac2 күн бұрын
If you cut the wood thinly, it will warp over time, sir
@brisbanekilarny62122 күн бұрын
@@luatmac But if the wood is cut that thick, that makes it difficult to dry to a moisture level adequate to make a table top. I have worked with and sold slabs for years and the mill never cut the slabs that thick. I am not saying it is wrong to cut the slabs that thick but my experience is different.
@wanaraz2 күн бұрын
@@brisbanekilarny6212 Depends on the wood right? In that country I noticed all things made with wood were thicker than what we use in America.

What kind of wood is this ??? Where on the globe does it grown ?
@luatmac2 күн бұрын
On the market today there are many different types of wood, besides rare and famous wood lines such as: ebony, redwood, rosewood... Ekop wood is also a name that is mentioned a lot today. So what is Ekop wood? Is it good? Let's find out through the following article! What is Ekop wood? Ekop wood is also called Ekop Meyer or Ekop Zing. When imported to Vietnam, it is often called percussion wood. This type of wood usually grows and develops well in fertile soil, so Ekop wood has a very large size, but its hardness is not as strong as Pachy or Gana wood.

This did not come from the ocean. This is old growth rain forest lumber. Probably straight from the Amazon. It is worth tens of thousands of dollars and going to make some corrupt official more wealthy.

Something doesn't ring true, you say the tree is from the Amazon forest, yet the the language written on the crane and buildings is South East Asian. I don't see it as economic to transport a tree that big from South America all the way to South East Asia just to cut it up. Cutting it up in South America and shipping the finished lumber to South East Asia makes a whole lot more sense.
@luatmac8 күн бұрын
In European countries, sawing that tree stump is strictly prohibited by law, because big owners have spent a lot of money to own that tree stump by transporting it to other seaports and losing a lot of money. charge, I was lucky enough to record a diary throughout its journey, its mission was over and brought economic value to humans.
