Wow. I have ridden that four times (and helped build the entrance to tectonic while vacationing in CO) and your speed and control is impressive. Nice!

Bro is sending it for a blind run!
@nichandyАй бұрын
@@facelessbot963 The wood drop on ghost town was pretty sketchy blind and was certainly bigger than I thought it was going to be. And more speed was needed for the wood bridge. Had to push my bike forward which is why the camera got knocked off angle on the landing. Most of the trail is build with enough sight lines to have an idea of what’s coming. And is built in a way that a good quick trail speed is the right speed for most of the features. Half the fun is figuring it out as you go.

Damn! You absolutely launched on that wood table
@nichandyАй бұрын
@@kieranoday7460 Usually it takes a couple good pedals to clear it nicely. But the tail wind carried me more than I expected. The dirt after the wood also works as a landing haha.

Sweet skills! I've done the Tectonic drop and it was nice. The Ghost Town looks pretty big. Should I scope it before hitting Ghost? Thanks
@nichandy2 ай бұрын
@@BOOSTEDDUDE Thanks dude. First time I hit ghost town was blind in my “first look” video. Came up a little short. It rides nice. Similar speed to the tectonic drop. It’s a little taller and the landing is loose. Not an issue, but something to be aware of. Easy to make the corner after without trouble. I’d suggest looking at it first but if you hit it at a good trail speed, you’ll be fine.

@@ApexArchery Great trail system for likes of different rides. Hardtail is typically my ride of choice, no matter the trail. How was it climbing on your bike? Seems like it’s a good grade and easy enough with a big bike that you’ll still have plenty of juice left to feel good hitting everything on the downs.

@nichandy2 ай бұрын
@@mheald111 Do it! Worth the trip. Easy enough to loop a few ways for multiple laps. Trail speed and visibility is good for most of the hits. Most of the wood bridges and drops you’ll need more speed than you think. The step ups on the lower section are forgiving and is easy to carry speed into to boost them. Enjoy.

Nice job hitting all of TECTONIC and sick riding! You ripped it up good. Something is up with your video cam has a grey dot that moves around. Not sure that that was?

@@BOOSTEDDUDE Thanks dude. That first drop/gap is just enough farther than it seems. The rest was easy to spot a line without checking the trail out ahead of time. Sorry about the dot. I set the camera down on the ride before this one and it just rolled over and scratched the max lens. It’s hard to see on the phone preview. But very noticeable on the big screen.

@@markf4968 Thank you. Climb is good. Mellow great. Which means it meanders a bit and is good for bigger bikes or climbing with a full face. Would be good on a SS. Switch backs are normal tight radius but not steep. Overall a well built trail system. Can loop back to the top at several spots on the down. Not a shuttle ride at the moment.
