Hi I bought a ip dahua intercom, can I use the wires at vth to open an close my gate, instead of running a wire to vto, coz I only have a cat5 at vto, an at the vth I have spare wire to gate motor

Not sure if I'm missing something but it seems like the DHI-NVR4108HS-8P-4KS2 doesn't have this option. I've updated to the latest firmware I've been able to find (V4.001.0000005.4.R, Build Date: 2024-08-08) but the option doesn't appear.

Why is google meet app isn't working on the screen ?

Dmss is inferior app, it lacks ability to search only specific hours, it only can search while day, meaning if it’s evening you have to wait for whole day data to load. Unbearable, also higher load on nvr this way. No memory play, no quick last hour view.

Somehow the auto tracking feature,along with motion detection don't seem to be properly working for me in IMOU app. The moment i switch it to DMSS app, these features started working. When I checked with customer care, they told me the same... Just for the sake of alexa Or google assistant, I didn't want to compromise on auto tracking feature, and hence switched to DMSS app... Not sure why dahua doesn't have direct mapping with alexa or google assistant via DMSS app.. I find it really strange!

Your new mobile app Dmss is inferior vs old gdmss plus. It lacks ability to search only past hour or any hours specified. This is inferior as only 24 hours search is slow. No memory play as well. Please add ability to do last event or past hour search. Old apps had this. If something happens and you try to watch last 10minutes on dmss app, you will waste 5 to 10minutes as the app loads 24 hours search all data as it only does full 24 day search block. It has no ability to search only few hours. Thanks.

Hi I have two new tioc cameras one is version 2.0 and second is 3.0 I don’t have this option on my DMSS app why is this . I love Dahua and am replacing my first set with tioc. Also I have a Mac desktop am able to log in but not live view of cameras is there a fix for this .

oh man I just got 3 brand new of the Tico 2.0 and 2 180 Tico and now 3.0???...lol figures...

I have an issue with 2 of my tioc cameras that I can't find answers or figure out. I have installed several dozen and only have this issue on 2 of them (separate models). The timezone keeps switching back to Beijing timezone. Even if i turn NTP off and use local time synced it keeps happening. I dont know what to do. It causes the lights and sirens to be useless because the time gets so far off it doesnt match when it really needs to be doing it. Any advise?

Does the Dahua PTZ use a flasher circuit? Because if the siren lights or whatever? Idk.
