Right, the Czech are rude because the choose the wrong side in WW2. They were smiling a lot when worky the nazis, or when gave all their jews to camps. They haven't payed yet for their crimes

As a czech the worst is if it is something people have to repeat very often, like in a shop or maybe castle guides and stuff like that. They do start to prolong the words and it does sound weird. I am always happy when a castle guide doesn´t sound like that. It´s so much more pleasant to listen to.

When the unit has not been cleaned/maintained in a long time, I strongly suggest not to wash the fabric triangle/funnel shape filter as shown in the video. The dirt is collected inside the filter, so if that dirt is not properly removed from the inside, washing it as shown in the video may cause the filter to clog. First, the lid/cover of that filter needs to be removed, loosen the dirt inside with a brush and tapping on it, vacuum the filter's inside. Only after that, the filter can be washed by running water on the outside of the filter. Never run water inside of it as any dirt residue inside the filter will be pushed further in which will eventually caused the filter to clog.

History and communism is a useful excuse, but can only work for some time. Each country has been through some tough periods, but it is hardly a valid excuse to treat your customers like shit. It is not about fake smiles, it is about not making your customers feel like they're not welcome. Especially when they are just people visiting your country, not invading you.

He's 4 for God's sake some kids at that age want to be a horse or bear others want to be something more realistic al like a cop or fireman... Relax just give your kid a normal human upbringing like your parents or (preferably) your grandparents did, and shield your kid from the crazies.

She is 8,5 now, still 100 % girl. After a lot of research and meetings with therapist we now have a diagnosis: gender dysphoria. I am happy with the way we are doing it. She gets freedom to experiment and find out who she is. If we would push it away of forbid it there is a high risk at psychological problems in the adolescence stage. The numbers of suïcide are shocking so I prefer to do it this way!

Allemaal leuk en aardig maar mensen raken niet in overspannenheid door te weinig ontspanning. Mensen raken in overspannenheid door teveel 'te doen ' zonder beloning. Je kan ontspannen wat je wilt maar helaas. Focus je niet op ontspanning maar op beloning. Regelmaat en duidelijkheid heb je nodig, geen ontspanning. Zo werkt het brein niet.

Dank voor je reactie maar ik heb juist altijd begrepen dat chronische stress als volgt werkt voor het brein: de hippocampus raakt overwerkt en de hypothalamus remt niet meer af. Je kunt dit veelal zelf sturen door beter te kijken naar energievreters en energiegevers. Als je het op tijd signaleert kun je een hoop ellende voorkomen maar helaas trekken we vaak te laat aan de bel. Te weinig beloning (van je baas of van jezelf door ontspanning en leuke dingen doen) is duidelijk een dikke energievreter! Dat ben ik helemaal met je eens. Inmiddels weet ik ook dat ik adhd heb en het goed doseren van beloningen zorgt voor voldoende dopamine. Cruciaal in mijn geval.

@@LennysLoveChaos Mijn excuses voor mijn wat 'kort door de bocht' reactie. Wat ik vind is dat we kunnen kijken naar het biologische/chemische maar uiteindelijk is het vooral belangrijk om te luisteren naar jezelf en niet teveel in dat diagnostische te vervallen. Wat je zegt zal wel waar zijn maar daar komen we niet verder mee. We kunnen het hebben over dopamine maar het is niet zo dat we een stofje moeten aanspreken en dat het dan weer goed gaat. Veel beter is het misschien om je lichaam het werk te laten doen acceptatie en eerlijk zijn. Dat diagnostische lijkt soms een reden om niet eerlijk naar jezelf te hoeven zijn. Ik zie heel veel meiden heel goed kunnen uitleggen wat er gebeurd maar misschien bang zijn voor verandering. Het lichaam zit zo veel ingewikkelder in elkaar dan en paar stofjes. Zomaar een gedacht....

Hoi, ik ben alleenstaande mama van 2 autistische kinderen, waarvan 1 zwaar gehandicapt en waar ik 24/7 voor zorg. Hij heeft ook epilepsie met focale en tonisch clonische aanvallen. Ik ben nu officieel 9 maand in burnout. Dat is vanaf het moment dat ik niet meer de trap op kon. Maar ik was al jaren in fase van overspanning en overvraagd zijn. Ik ben nu proffessionele hulp gaan zoeken. Coaching. Maar ik zou ook hulp nodig hebben in huis. Zoals je zegt is eten maken een ramp. Ik kan zelfs niet meer eten. Ben te moe om mijn vork naar mijn mond te brengen. Ik zou gezinshulp willen inschakelen, maar zie er enorm tegenop om altijd mensen in huis te hebben. Hoe deed/doe jij dat met poetsen, wassen, strijken....?

My sticking point is that after cleaning the Dyson, I feel guilty throwing that dusty, dirty rag in the washing machine.
