Thanks for the video so just to confirm if i only have my learners permit for a car i can do the learners permit course for a bike without any hours logged for a bike? im looking to get my learner permit in February.

My understanding is yet, but if you don't have your full licence in a car when you pass your ls you go to your ps and so on and so forth, while if you have your full car licence you skip ps and go ls to full licence but i would check at the course.

if you where to fail the test do you have to pay in full again? also how much was the test
@AussieMotoVibes2 ай бұрын
Thanks for the question! If you fail you get another go at the course depending on where you failed it may be both days or just the second. You do not have to pay for this reattempt. The 2 day course was $640 including bike rental and the actual learners permit fees.

You being the more experienced rider should be in front of her not behind nagging commands at her. Such a bad way to teach a new rider.
@AussieMotoVibes3 ай бұрын
@KarinaSM650 thank you for your feedback! Myself and my partner both started riding for the first time in June this year so we are both learning together! We find that it currently works if she leads as she feels more comfortable with me keeping space from cars behind her but she as it was a new way to go I was providing directions.

Hi there, thank you so much! 😊 It’s awesome to hear you’re thinking about getting your bike license - 59 is a great time to dive into it! Age is just a number when it comes to riding, and it’s all about confidence and enjoying the journey. I’m really glad the videos have been helpful for you and other beginners. The Learners Course is a fantastic starting point, and once you get rolling, it’ll feel more natural each time. Wishing you all the best! Keep those positive vibes and stay safe on your motorbike journey! 🇦🇺🏍 Cheers, Ashton

Hey I live in bundy and completed my Pre Learners course just yesterday! The qld course is much simpler than what he had to do most notably not having to do an on road assessment. Shoot me a message if you have any questions!

Hi Ashton, I really enjoy watching you and your partner ride together. I’m in Geelong and looking to get my learner permit soon. Your videos have helped a lot. I’m terrified but excited at the same time 😂 I’m about to turn 56 so not a teen anymore. The idea of having to pass tests at my age is slightly scary. It’s all a bit overwhelming at first I guess. I’m worried about dropping the bike, stalling, steering, messing up the gears, riding in traffic, pretty-much everything, but my brother assures me that’s all perfectly normal 😂My brother has had his license for decades and a lot of my family ride so I’m a bit slow to catch on😂I took a bike for a spin on a farm recently with my brother there and loved it. The idea of riding with my other half I really like but mine is adamant he doesn’t want to ride a motor bike. “Have this particular mid-life crisis on your own…I’m happy to watch you ride” 😂 (rude!) I was told in a nice way, so I guess it’s me and my brother riding together. Keep up the great work. Warrnambool is a beautiful town. Craig 😊

Hi Craig, thanks so much for the support! I'm really glad our videos have been helpful - that's exactly why we do it! 😊 It's awesome to hear you're getting into riding, and don’t worry about your age. In our courses, there were people from late teens to mid-60s with a wide range of skill levels. It’s completely normal to feel nervous at first. Most new riders (myself included) have the same worries - stalling, dropping the bike, gears, traffic, you name it! It can feel overwhelming, but once you get the hang of it, those fears will melt away. 😅 Riding on the farm is a great way to start! My partner and I both practiced on a farm to build confidence before taking the test. We also set up cones to practice slow-movement skills, which really helped. 🛵 It’s a shame your other half doesn’t want to ride, but at least you’ll have someone cheering you on from the sidelines! 😂 Riding with your brother will be a blast, and I’m sure your confidence will grow in no time. Best of luck with your learner's permit - you’ve got this! 💪 Take care and keep riding those positive vibes! 🌟 Cheers, Ashton 😊🏍️

@@AussieMotoVibes Ashton, you’re so kind! I feel a bit better about the Learner 2 day course now 😂I was the same level of panic getting my amateur radio license 12 years ago. I always worry with exams etc. As an adult my age you kind of think exams are behind you back in school days until something like this comes up. I always over-study and panic but after the course and test it’s never been as bad as I thought it would be 🤪😂I’ll keep across your channel and look forward to new videos soon. I may actually start making bike videos myself in the future. I’ve got plenty of ham radio videos up and always enjoyed making those. Take care and safe riding to both of you! 🏍️Craig - Geelong
