Lower the idle screw down' gonna burn out the motor before you even wear it in. Theres two screws on the carburetor, one is a air/fuel mixture screw' it adjusts air to fuel ratio, the other' near the throttle cable, is the idle screw' the screw is set too far out causing the throttle to be constantly pulled' tighten that idle screw until you hear the motor rev down' keep turning it til it almost stalls out' then give it a quarter turn back the other way and it should not be revving but gurgling at a nice steady pace. I have the same exact bike as you but in black with white accents.
