The opening song in Wild World was always my favorite moment. The same track played at 1am, and I still remember lying in bed, with the rain pouring outside in real life, cozy under my blanket, totally immersed in my DS. I’d shake trees, collect those silly little pears, max out my inventory, sell everything to Tom Nook, and then do it all over again. It’s funny - I always think back to this specific memory. Adding rain to this track was such a perfect touch; it brought those feelings right back.

i'm studying right now, rather, re-writing a book in only a few pages. it's really difficult and my mother said "no music", but i genuinely don't care. this is just the default music in my little world, and taking that away takes away all of the fun and joy in my bland, boring life. it really does feel like the default music to my default life. i'm just a cute girl in a big world, doing a small task.
