If you're having problems connecting the hub, make sure its still flashing blue, disconnect the mesh network satellite hub, walk outside to the curb and your wifi connection should revert to 2.4gh. Also it wouldn't work on my phone but worked on the tablet.

Unable to adjust limited blinds are not “jogging” I did check to see if the remote was locked, it is unlocked and still not working.

Ya, none of this works. Your product is archaic garbage and the biggest regret I have in nearly 10 years of smart home installation experience and use. Your documentation conflicts with the software and all of that conflicts with the instructional videos.

I can set up the Hub when connected via ethernet to my router. But I cannot get the WiFi working. When I power on the hub, there is no LED light at all. Pushing the pairing button does not result in the green light coming on. Also, when connected via cable, cannot pair shades.

This is crazy. I managed to get the remote reversed. Up is Dn and Dn is Up. I have know idea how I got there nor how to correct it. Otherwise everything works ok

Automate is the worst electric blind. Everything including resetting is so hard. Trying to find someone to fix it is even more difficult. Never again!!!!

Any news from AP2 about fixing the issue with google home. Was working correctly until about 1 month ago. So annoying. Can you do something or at least put another video up on how to make it work again. Everyone has the same issue

It no longer works for over a week. Allegedly they are trying to fix it. If not working soon you need to change all the marketing on the integration as it is not true. Some comms to the users would be respectful.

How finicky this app can be? You guys need to do better!! first after the new version update, The hub was rebooting every night and it was not pairing up with the shades. And now this issue with connecting to Google home. It was working pretty fine and then suddenly it stopped working. When I tried to reconnect my account with Google home. It's just saying cannot reach automate pulse2 please try again. I have rebooted the hub logged out of my account on pulse 2. Reinstalled Google home app,pulse 2 app, cleared the cache .. still nothing works. Only way I can operate these blinds is to log into pulse 2 app and close / open these manually. Which is really annoying and disappointing. Please fix this issue ASAP. 😡

All these apparent issues should be fixable via updates and some developer effort. Not being able to pair the hub/bridge on a dual band mesh network where 5G could not be disabled was tedious as it meant installing a temporary 2.4G only AP just to get the pairing sorted. Their support info for possible work arounds was extensive albeit based on the premise you can disable 5G. Email support response was quick and welcome. All my other IOT devices that only work on 2.4G paired fine despite there being a 5G SSID of the same name from multiple satellites. Otherwise all other features are good and it's worth it if the stability (I have not experienced these yet) and pairing issues are fixed. The remote programming and manual pairing of blind motors was trouble free and reliable. So was the hardware retrofit once I'd worked out how the adaptor collars fitted for my tube (not covered in the motor instructions). The great news is I have retro fitted motorised rollers and I just need to crack the automation side... my vulnerability scanning isn't reporting any vulnerabilities with the Pulse 2. It has for my other IOT hubs.

Avoid this company at all cost. Their "rollerease" don't stop my blinds from rolling down and are not an easy to fix

Instructions don't work. My blinds move a tiny bit each press, I have to long press up or down for it to move. Reset and limit change didn't work.

I am reading a lot of reviews that the Pulse 2 hub disconnects often, does not work well with Apple Home, and fails to work as expected overall. Can you confirm if you have a lot of issues and a lot support tickets on the Pulse 2 hub? Also you contact us on your webpage does not work.

There is NO Security on this device! , For "Sign Up" you are prompted for a User name and Password.. And Tett under it stating the following " By singning up, you agree to our terms of service and privacy policy" The Issue is that you are NOT able to read these terms and privacy policies... It's not a clicable link and there is no way on the page to go to the home page and / or any other page. I do not want to give ANY of my privacy information without reading it first! . bad design. Beware.

Worst product I ever bought. It is highly unstable. You'll always have to repair all the hubs you have and the application will delete all the devices and rooms you've set once in a while for no reason. You'll have to constantly spend hours to make this work. Stay away.
