Legendary shot (of many) by Robert Horry. 👍 That said, the put back attempt by Shaq was WEAK... Basically a bricked layup. 😄

This is the PERFECT example of why when people say shit like “Kobe got 5” which is absurd in its own right as he wasn’t even the best player on this team for 3 of them and “Jordan got 6” every one of them was saved at some point he roll players, he misses that they lose the series, period. Yet the stars get all the credit when they win it’s silly
@atrainn13 күн бұрын
You sound stupid af 😂😂 lakers don’t even make playoffs without Kobe and shaq for Horry to even have a chance to make that play

Vlade’s best moment as a Laker. Just not in a Lakers uniform.

You notice the Lebron haters are quick to point out when another player wins a game by taking the last shot but want to forget MJ had Kerr and Kucoc and Shaq had Horry. It's almost like the game is a team sport and the best team wins championships.

I was at this game sitting next to a group of Kings fans who were jawing all game. They were relentless and way over the top rude. They knew I was a Laker fan and directed their ire at me all game long. I kept it cool. Didn’t respond. Just smiled. When that shot went down I looked at the main protagonist and said to his face “that’s the closest you are ever getting to an NBA finals appearance.” You could see in his face the truth of those words hitting home. He knew it. It was beautiful.

The funny thing is how the lakers battled with the kings including needing the refs but shaq has the nerve to say they’d beat the best assembled team ever put together that also had D. They barely could get by the mini mini baby warriors

Horry saved Kobe’s legacy right there. Sounds both familiar and ridiculous, doesn’t it?
@tony453413 күн бұрын
I wonder why you didn’t say Horry saved Shaq’s legacy too. But it’s not the same as with Lebron because if Ray Allen missed the shot the series was over. There were still games to be played whether Horry made or missed the shot.
@Fakename709 күн бұрын
@@tony4534 I wonder why you were even dumb enough to let my comment go completely over your head and not see that I clearly was mocking those who really do say things like that with a straight face.
@vensonj27 күн бұрын
I've never heard anyone say horry saved Kobe..but they swear ray Allen saved lebron
@tony453413 күн бұрын
Horry also would have been saving Shaq. But the reason they say Ray Allen saved Lebron is because the series would have definitely been over if he missed the shot. There were still games to be played whether Horry made the shot or not.

This man is better than Jordan, ironically according to Jordan fans
@LovelyHeartDiamond8 күн бұрын
no, jordan fans say 6 rings, 6 rings and 2 3peats, now to take the time to differentiate JORDAN FANS from LEBRON HATERS, I’m a Jordan fan, and I can accept that Bron is a better overall player than Jordan, even if Jordan had higher scoring seasons and more defensive first team selections, lebron is a better playmaker and better teammate, which ultimately makes him the better player, you can list the longevity thing but then there’s the whole unproven steroid debate, which believe it or not, is legacy tarnishing
