Great video and straight to the point, I originally started supplementing creatine for the gym and muscle growth, but quickly realised the positive effects it's had on my mental wellbeing as well. Additionally, research has found that creatine increases lifespan, muscle strength and cardiovascular health. Creatine is one of the few supplements I plan to take for the foreseeable future and urge others to try the same. However, it's important to be aware of the increased water intake required, and to be very cautious if you have kidney disorders.

@joe-zp7geАй бұрын
how long can you take this supplement continuously? if you stop will the negative mental aspects reappear?
@healthreversionАй бұрын
@joe-zp7ge Great question and appreciate you asking. If you consider someone following a carnivore diet for example, because they are eating some form of meat everyday, they would be consuming small amounts of creatine each day and perhaps their body would not need to produce it's own given the amounts it is receiving through the meat. Supplementing on top of this can still produce benefits, but perhaps not as noticeable as someone following a vegan or vegetarian diet. Take for example someone who eats meat, but in modest quantities. Supplementing with creatine is really just adding one specific amino acid (or protein) to give the body an extra dose of a really powerful and potent amino acid. You will need to experiment for yourself, but if after, let's say 2 or 3 months, you took a break, your muscles and brain stores will naturally decrease over a period of time. Therefore, you could always have a break and 'cycle' like some people do where you could take a week or a month off every so often. Your body and subsequent symptoms will be your barometer. Hope this helps 🙏

My friend has been doing this and I can't take it anymore. I think she gets a validation rush when she talks about her perceived problems and uses them to meet new people who immediately became uncomfortable and avoid her going forward. Having gotten to know her, the majority of her problems are either self imposed or completely exaggerated. I'm at the point where I just don't care anymore. 🤷 There are no solutions, just being a victim and blaming everyone else. It's a combination of victimhood mixed with entitlement. I feel like crap when she dumps on me. The other day I was outside on my lunch break (I work from home some days) and she walked up, made some small talk, and then jumped in to her dump on how she's being sexually harrassed at work (not really) and how she's dropping out of a class because it's her teachers fault (not really). She's a 40 year old woman getting her GED. I said, I would appreciate it if she would talk about positive things and she then she looked panicked and replied, "but I always feel so much better after talk to [at] you." I was getting irritated and pissed with her cyclical solution-less ranting and it showed in my body language, which she interpreted as me being angry on behalf of her! I think it validated her feelings... but she completely missread me because I was pissed at HER. I have absolutely no crap left to give for her problems and this video is 100% right that she was looking for external validation and refused to see reality. I sent her a video on emotional dumping vs venting and she simply texted back, "okay, I won't bother you with my problems anymore"... I could feel guilty but I simply don't care anymore. That's what long term dumping does. It makes people not care anymore. I dread her coming over now. It's a friggin chore and to be honest unless she fixes herself, which is her responsibility, I don't want to be her friend.

It's like she is under a spell and no matter how much she talks to you about her problems, or anyone else she can extract energy from, it is never enough. I plan on a bottom drain with no plumbing inside the tub. Maybe I can fit the pump, ozonator, UV whatever into the compressor area. Ventilation to the condensor will be a key design concern. All filters will be external feeding from the drain, and adding a in port up higher. No plans to paint the interior like some. Probably will add additional insulation in a frame of sorts, with some type of insulated top, maybe cylinders on the door. I like that knead underwater epoxy stuff.. will use that. Does rice have enough protein for 3 meals a day
@healthreversion3 ай бұрын
Hello there, and thank you for your question. I don't personally think rice should be eaten as a meal 3 times a day. Please correct me if I stated this in the video? However, hundreds of millions of people in third World countries only have access to grains and many of them thrive in very challenging conditions.
@beebeepup3 ай бұрын
Which studies please? Link the DOI or references please. My understanding is that it is starch that is coming off the rice, and by soaking it it helps improve texture/ flavor.
@healthreversion3 ай бұрын
I used to be in this position where I would want confirmation from studies and those external to me. Then, I simply became my own study. I'm not sure how the starch can come off the rice when starch is what constitutes a grain of white rice? From my understanding, soaking the rice helps to leech the antinutrients and pesticides/herbicides into the water (and then rinse) so you can eliminate most of the harmful components of one of the most popular foods on the planet 😀

I got a freezer for 300 bucks. 14.8 CF. Bathrooms caulk to seams. Cheap pool filter pump, ink bird controller, box fan to circulate air and cool the outside. Total $450. Had it 5 years. No issues. I did not paint the inside, I did nothing fancy to it. Water stays at 38°, no problem. The drain plug is on the bottom, I hooked up a garden hose to it, which goes to my basement drain. I empty it once every two weeks, and refill it. The garden hose is right outside the basement window, which makes it easy.

That's great Daniel, thanks for sharing. I came across several stories like yours and do admit there were a few people who chose to do what you have done and have had years of success which is great for you! Is that $450 USD? If so, that equates to close to $700 AUD for a second hand 418 litre freezer conversion. Well done mate! I'm in this for the long term and value quality, as well as aesthetics. My final price of approximately $2000 AUD ($1300 USD), for a 500L was still well below the least expensive cold plunge on our Australian market ($4800 AUD) and made this one in less than half the wait time it takes for a professional cold plunge (8-10 weeks). Water conservation is something to consider also and with the proper pump/filter and sanitation, you could get many months out of the same water instead of just 2 weeks. Other than that, sounds like we are both winning! :-)

They are now getting a divorce and i believe he did this to have it on police record, she was interviewed by the police. He is a very coercive and manipulative individual.

@Rabswood296 Hello there, it makes my stomach turn reading your account of the husband involving authorities to get, what appears to be, an 'easy exit' from the relationship. What the husband has not taken into account is that there are two systems of law operating simultaneously on our planet. One is a 'man-made system of law' and the other is 'natural law'. While he has got his way initially through the man made system of law, he has not taken into account the consequences of a accepting that offer that the authorities provide. In time, he WILL experience EXACTLY what he has put this woman through. And the thing about Karma that people forget is that it comes back, just like a mortgage, with interest over time. I hope that the wife has been able to handle this abusive behaviour and that it has not adversely affected her too much. Thank you for sharing 🙏

Wow, this might have been more convincing if presented by a woman. It's a bit bit rich to cast a woman as spiritually weak because they have many shoes. Somehow in your story the ends up being the evil one. This video trivialises Domestic and family violence when there is real harm being done. Just two days ago I had the case of a 17 seriously abusing his mother. This case needed intervention. Do you really think I am going to be called out because a wife loves her shoes and thinks the grass may be greener. This video adds nothing to addressing a real issue, to claim it is the fault of the legislation fails to consider why revision of the 2012 legislation was needed.

Help, is the most generic term and can refer to any sort of support. Facilitate, is help that is necessary for a thing to be done or that improves the utility of that thing to such a degree that it would not be worth doing but for the facilitation. So I would suggest considering terms like facilitator vs enabler. Or parsing terms as *facilitating* instances of helping vs *enabling* instances of helping. While it may seem pedantic, careful choice of words can often facilitate more effective communication. Either way, I hope that helps. 😉 [Edit to add: another option could be assisting vs enabling or assisting instances of helping vs enabling instances of helping]
