To my knowledge, the only way you can finish off enemies with dot is with burnices unique after damage burn. It causes funny end screens cuz they’re not supposed to kill on those certain frames that they do kill on

it depends on the stage and the enemy. I recently made a video where I beat shiyu defense with just bangboo, and once I got to the later floors where there are both minibosses and main bosses on screen, the bangboo could kill the minibosses. it just depends on what the game considers a 'minor' and 'major' enemy. bangboo also can't trigger anomalies, and most enemies in the game can only die from the end of a basic combo, ex, ult, or chain attack. game wants the stylish finishes ig
