All it takes for that prawl to malfunction is to let the crank slip and slap one time, the screw holding the prawl is the problem, actually the housing it screws into strips out, i replaced that screw with a longer one that goes all the wasI through and put a small nut on it. Ten point needs to beef up that pivot point, a small bushing with a small bolt would do it, which i may install by drilling out the hole and inserting a bushing with a stronger screw/bolt to hold that prawl and spring, and take the jolting force of the limbs when the crank accidentally slips when cocking, that's a lot of sudden force on the prawl

Bog deathgrip is hot garbage , not stable enough to evaluate a rangefinder , lead sleds are also a very very bad idea , you should inform yourself a little more before you make videos for others .

Just watched your video cause I'm interested in getting the ABL 1000 for my 4K scope, you stated that if your not using the ABL and using brand xyz range finder you can't use the ballistic calculator. That is a false statement. I use my hand held golf range finder for distance, from there you input the distance such as 400 yards, wind speed, direction and other info into the 4K scope . At that point the ballistic calculator must be on for it to adjust your reticle to the new yardage. In addition your ballistic calculator can be on when zeroing in you scope as long as you have the yardage in that scope set to your zero distance. In your case I think you said you were going to zero your scope at 60 yards, then all you have to do is make sure that the distance indicated in you profile is set to 60 yards for zeroing, then in your actual distance input on you scope needs to be set to 60 yards as well, "they are two different inputs". Then at 60 yards you zero in your scope, the ballistic calculator can be on or off for this it don't matter. from that point on the ballistic calculator must be on for that scope to self adjust to different distances no mater what range finder you use, the ABL sends that info to the ballistic calculator and then auto adjust reticle, for other non blue-tooth range finders you input the new distance manually and then the ballistic calculator does the rest. This Scope is very easy to use.

I use the centerpunch Hpx bolts with the TRX 515. I dont have too much bad about the 515 except thw way you have to mount the crank handle for the accutrac maxx system. I sincerely recommend Wyvern Creations for the best package deals on the 515!

Don't be sceptic. I 10:38 t is very accurate! The railess system keeps the arrow on a flatter, straighter trajectory. WYVERN CREATIONS gives a very good deal on the Trx515 with g a rmin scope. I recommend them highly!

I just got the TRX 515 with Garmin Xero X1i rangefinding scope. It is very accurate and it does have small stirrup. Too small to put your foot in but makes a stand and a hanger for the crossbow.

I think the maximum you are going to get out of that scope is 40 yards.
@theamputeehunter20744 ай бұрын
Yes I would say cause your shooting heavier arrows and at longer distances there’s a greater arc to them and maybe your to heavy an your arrows for that scope and be Burris also so maybe 30 yards will be your max with heavier arrow

I like info from separate from the company. Specs are never the same as what the company says. I'm not shooting a 400gr bolt out of a 500fps bow, sounds dangerous. I would think on light side 400gr with 400fps crossbow & 500gr with 500fps, minimum. I would ad 25 to 50gr. For the 400 & 30 to 60gr for the 500. Just for a safety thing & peace of mind.. I shoot 475gr out of both my last bow shooting 425fps & new one shooting 400fps, I just love them bolts & swat broadheads. I'm no expert but that's my two cents. Have a great day

Yes the other comment of mine for was the grains. Sorry about the spelling errors too. Cell phones suck. Oh I was just talking about the weight and steel quality How the higher the grains go the better. 150 grains is absolutely perfect for all crossbows.
@chrisruzsa27985 ай бұрын
Hahahahah you did a great job on the last name hahaha. Seriously best yet.
@chrisruzsa27985 ай бұрын
With 0.9 slugs of momentum it’s doesn’t matter what you use. Now 150 should be used as a hunting minimum. Blade retention and blade quality is now the factor. The higher upper go the better the steal and retention gets. 100 and 125 can break easier and will erode faster 150-300 oh man that is where you notice steal quality hahahaah. I won’t ever use less than 150.
